We enjoyed our stay with small kids, especially relaxing while watching our favorite shows on the big plasma TV. The hotel’s location at the end of the malecon was perfect for family walks to downtown, which made exploring easy and fun.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Campeche By Ihg was delightful. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel welcome. I particularly enjoyed the great breakfast, with a lovely Gulf view from my room that truly added to the experience.

the water in the shower was lukewarm, which is always delightful when you expect a hot shower, and, of course, the kids were running wild in the hallways. I did think about giving this place a good review, but where was my complimentary upgrade? it just wouldn’t have been too much to ask.

the only downside was that the breakfast was kinda slow. but the room was spacious and had a killer ocean view. staff were super friendly and the parking was plentiful, making it easy to explore!

The staff were beyond exceptional, going out of their way to assist us with every request. Our room was spacious and provided the perfect family-friendly amenities that made our stay enjoyable. We also loved the stunning city view from our window, adding to the overall experience.

Enjoyed my five-night stay with a pleasant ocean view and a decent gym. The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating our requests. However, frequent visits by housekeeping opened the balcony door, leading to issues with bugs, despite leaving notes to keep it closed. The outdoor pool also seemed underutilized, as we chose not to swim this time.
